 | As this web site evolves, you'll get to meet all of our talented escrow officers and their assistants. For now, heeeeeere's Jackie. Congratulations to Jackie McKean, one of our newest C.E.O's. Achieving C.E.O. certification, a professional designation by the California Escrow Association, is not as easy as having at least 7 years experience, passing a written test, or excelling in an oral interview, and completing an escrow problem furnished by the CEA. No, it’s not any one of these things; it’s all of these things. But, professional designation is not what really describes Jackie. She has a passion for customer service.
