PRIVACY POLICY At IBSi, we base our relationships with current and prospective brokers and their clients on integrity and trust. As part of that relationship, we will comply with all federal, state, and local statutes regarding the privacy of nonpublic personal information. The nature of our business requires that we collect certain information from companies and organizations, including employers, benefits plan sponsors and associations. To the extent permitted by law, we may disclose the information we collect to non-affiliated third parties who are assisting us by performing services or functions on our behalf, such as insurance companies and other financial institutions. One of IBSi's core business activities is to serve as an insurance agent in transmitting applications for insurance to insurance carriers and in securing from those insurance carriers quotes and other offers of coverage. This business activity often requires that nonpublic personal information of the applicant for the coverage (or more typically, nonpublic personal information of the individual employees and dependents of an employer group applying for coverage) be disclosed to one or more prospective insurance carriers. IBSi is permitted by law to disclose such nonpublic personal information in connection with this business activity. In doing so, IBSi will limit the disclosures to those reasonably necessary to complete the processing of the application or, as applicable, to secure the requested quote or other underwriting determination. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to those IBSi employees who need to know that information to provide products and services. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal, state, and local privacy statutes. General Policy Statement The general policy of IBSi, LLC, and IBSi doing business as Broker Solutions Network, ("We", "Us" or "IBSi" or "BSN") is to respect and protect the privacy and confidentiality of the information conveyed to IBSi by the brokers and agents who use the Site Resources (together, the "Producers"). As a condition of their use of the Site Resources, the Producers warrant and represent to IBSi that they will comply at all times and in all respects with the Vendor Privacy Policies.
