Less Than 50 RFP Worksheet - use this worksheet to request quotes for insurance on groups of less than 50 persons.

1. Click on the "Less Than 50 RFP Worksheet" link above to open the file.

2. If you are asked to enter a password, click the cancel button.

3. Answer "yes" if you get a warning or other window asking you about using the macros in the file. The Excel workbook will open up in your Internet browser window.

4. Select Save As from the File menu and save the file to a folder or your Desktop on your hard drive. Remember the file name and where you saved it. You now have your own copy of the Excel workbook for later use.

Repeat this process for the RFP 50+ Lives file. Or, you can right-click on the link and select "Save As..." and follow step #3 above.

When you want a quote, open your saved version of the file. Fill out all the information and save it with the company's name for example "ABC Company RFP.xls". Then Email the worksheet back to us at: QuoteRequests@IBSiBrokers.com.
