Our pressroom features three Komori sheet-fed presses. All were purchased new by Elway Lithograph and are impeccably maintained. Our presses range from 2-color to 6-color plus aqueous coating in-line. These presses provide Elway Lithograph with the capability to handle a wide variety of products, and produce them with the efficiency required by today's fast moving economy. Our new 6-color press is equipped with the latest technology available. Everything from a chiller to control ink roller temperature at run speeds of up to 15,000 impressions per hour, to full electronic integration with the Scitex Brisque System in our pre-press department. The Brisque sets the ink profiles for each press form by interpreting the job files and electronically transfers these profiles to the press. This efficiency reduces waste, shortens make ready time, and assures state-of-the-art color control. These technologies keep cost down and support our skilled operators in achieving our goal, to produce the highest quality commercial printing.
