OUR POLICY:
Puma Technologies makes every effort possible toget your order out the same day received, if received by 2:00PM CST and fornormally stocked items.
Priority, emergency orders, whenever received,are supported to the fullest. If received during normal working hoursthere is no extra handling charges. However, if received at other times,extra handling charges must be imposed to cover overtime and other specialservices that may be required to support your special need.
Several freight lines give Puma Technologies verygood preferential discounts which are passed on to our customers. Specialattention is given to secure the most economical rates for each order unless acarrier is specified with the Purchase Order. UPS and FedX areutilized for small shipments. Overnight air shipments and Saturday/Sundaydeliveries can sometimes pose a problem because of the hazard properties of someproducts and the risk of not getting shipments when requested must be understoodand planned for as much as possible. Puma Technologies will do all that itcan to see that you get your shipment as requested.
LOCAL SHIPMENTS: In-citysales are usually picked up at our plant. When this is not convenient, aspecial request for delivery service must be made at the time or ordering.
INTRASTATE SHIPMENTS: Shipments within the state of Texas and some parts of Oklahoma can be given nextday service. Shipments can include Motor Freight, Air, UPS, FedX and Bus.
INTERSTATE SHIPMENTS: Shipmentsoutside Texas, if not of a priority nature, utilizes common carriers or UPS. If your delivery time is critical, you should request one of the prioritymethods. Puma Technologies can help you make the proper selection based ontime and cost constraints.
