Leadership Allyoung adults are given opportunities to learn and apply proven leadershipskills. A Camp GigaByte project team is led by elected Project Managers. TheCamp GigaByte curriculum is designed for all young adults and helps teach in anactive way to effectively lead. Individual and Group Activities Hotelzimmer NaplesCamp GigaByte activities are individual and group experiences in whichsuccess is dependent on the cooperation of all. Learning by "doing" inan individual and group setting provides opportunities for developing newskills. Adult Association Lagos accommodationTheyoung adults that are elected to be Project Leaders lead their respectiveproject teams crew. The Project Leaders and project teams work closely withadult Advisors and other adult leaders in a mutually respectful partnership. Theadults serve in a "shadow" leader capacity. Recognition Recognitioncomes through the acknowledgement of a youth's competence and ability by peersand adults. Outdoor Adventure CampGigaByte's emphasis on outdoor adventure helps provide team-buildingopportunities, new meaningful experiences, practical leadership application, andlife-long memories to young adults. Mutual Respect Animportant objective of all Camp GigaByte activities is to teach and enhance ayoung adults awareness of mutual respect. Thiswill help young adults to be responsible and caring persons, both now and in thefuture. It will also helpyoung adults develop the ability to make responsible choices that reflect theirconcern for what is a right, what is wrong and how it will affect othersinvolved.
