AllAmity Fiberglass steeples come with lightning cable internally connected to thestainless steel cross pocket. The lightning cable is the standard of theindustry, 26 strands of 14 gauge bare aluminum wire in smooth or basket weaveconfiguration, %2" diameter, 106,800 circular mil cross section, (#1/0 AWG)and Underwriters Laboratories approved. Whenthe customer installs your Amity Fiberglass steeple, the cable has been shippedcoiled in the bottom of the spire section. The cable has been connected at thecross pocket and firmly fastened to the inside of the spire. The customer isresponsible for ground cable routing and grounding. Local electric codes shouldbe followed. Ifour factory crew installs your Amity Fiberglass steeple we offer three options: Munich hotels1.The lightning cable can be routed into the attic, the roof penetration sealed byinstaller. 2.The lightning cable can be routed out of base onto roof, the steeple penetrationsealed by installer. 3.The lightning cable can be left coiled inside base easily accessible from accessdoor.
