NOTE: If a real estate agent requests that First American handle the forwarding of the initial package (sales contract, disclosures, etc.), it is the selling agent's responsibility to:

  • insure that all required documents are presented and properly completed

  • to deliver these documents to a local First American Tulare County Office in ample time to meet overnight delivery deadlines
