At dvdsbydesign.com we use strictly the best and most compatible dvd-r media available. All the DVDs on the site are burned on Ritek Ridata DVD-R media burned at 4x to insure compatibility. Our DVDs have been tested on the Xbox and Playstation 2 gaming systems and several other set top box DVD players. Generally our DVDs are compatible with most DVD players on the market today. If for some reason a problem is encountered with one of our sets please read our returns section. All the covers for our DVD sets are printed on glossy color laser paper using a color laser printer. Every DVD is labeled on top using thermal technology. To see a typical set and how it looks click on the image below.

| Our DVDs are authored using professional DVD authoring tools. This means our DVDs have full menus and chapters. |
| Shipping |
| dvdsbydesign.com uses USPS to ship all of our packages. They are shipped first class air mail. We provide tracking information for all orders inside the united states. Orders outside of the United States or APO/FPO can not be tracked currently. All of our packages are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap to insure safe delivery. For priority shipping simply add $2.35 to your order. We ship internationally the chart below shows the additional charge you must add to the original $3.50 shipping charge: |

| Returns |
| If for some reason one of our DVDs skips or is not in sync with your player or if it does not play at all, we can be contacted by email about the problem. Simply click the Contact Us link at the top of the site and send us a brief email describing the problem. We will either send out a replacement set or issue a full refund. In order to receive a full refund you must ship the set back to us so we can insure it is defective. If we find the disc defective you will receive a full refund of the cost and shipping charges. Otherwise if you would like a replacement set you must ship that set back to us at an address provided by us via email. At this point we will ship back the replacement set once the defective one is received and tested. |
| Shows Released |
| Right now we only specialize in releasing TV shows that are not out on DVD currently. That is why our motto is "DVDs that never made it to the shelf" we are only interested in authoring and releasing shows that will otherwise never be released on DVD or currently do not exist on DVD. Any show that currently has an official release or soon to be released will not be sold here. We specialize on authoring and releasing DVDs that are rare and hard to find. We welcome suggestions to create a set you would like to see. If you'd like to see a set on our site feel free to email us a suggestion, we will consider all suggestions received. |
