This Site is for the use of IBSi's suppliers, content and service providers, sponsors, customers, clients and friends. You may use the Site, the information contained on this Site ("Materials") and the services offered by the Site ("Services") only if you accept and agree to abide by the terms, conditions, undertakings, agreements, limitations and restrictions contained in these Terms of Service ("Service Terms"). You will immediately notify IBSi of any actual or suspectedunauthorized use of your Log-in and Password.

You stipulate and agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes, and waive any objections you might otherwise have to the personal jurisdiction of such courts over you.
